LoneRanger has been in NRLz for sometime, certainly before I joined. I did not know he was only 19 though at times I could have guessed.

I have every right to vote for new members the same as anyone else does.

what i try to say: we need a cut - i also think that we dont need teens here. so maybe someone has to say where the cut is.

I would also like to add, I do not feel, nor do I want anyone to feel, that my vote, as a sub, carries anymore weight than anyone elses.

As for an age limit for applicants...I'll let our GM decide that. Or, you could make a poll in the General Discussion forum. If you're not comfortable starting one, I'll be happy to. Just ask.

Just my thoughts, we did have a few problems with the younger players in here before. I wouldn't give him a straight no but to just check him out more thoroughly before giving him the thumbs up.

We certainly do not want members to tarnish the good name of the guild. Youngsters tends to be more irresponsible when it comes to that. One wrong doing could destroy our image.

Mon, tell him he needs to find more yes votes by rounding with other members. Also get his handicap down. Personally, I'm not inclined to vote yes for teenagers. He lowers handicap, and proves himself mature enough to represent ALL NRLz members well, I'll reconsider. The final answer is Jingi's though.

He tried every day to play with a NR Member, but everyone he talked with dont want. He was a guy who wants really to play abel - but ok:

A_In_NS told him he should come back if he plays better and our subs dont have time to teach him.

I have to admid, he was realy trying to get into guild and was a sensible guy in chat.
As far as I know he was member of the guild that held abel house on german server. A highly respected guild btw.
I wanted to play some rounds with him today (told him I was playing after i took tp) to check his abel play, but that´s too late now.
But even now he still asking for round on able, because he likes to play there...
It´s fine if majority says "no" due to age, but I don´t know how to judge him or that without ever playing with him or talking to him.
Personally I´d rather have a highly motivated guildmember in lower levels (like I am ) than a high level hardly participating in "guild-responsibilities", just doing his own buiz.
