I started up a new toon and will be playnig on it,i allrdy got full chiwoo set,werandi aw,pw,sw,hybrids etc etc. but im lvl 21 for now. ill be up very fast.

In regards with above, i have spoken with tomiradi regard this, and have advise to get his brother to level of ABEL play with hcap of -1 minimum on course.

2.Guild doesnt have any merit for accepting low amture players. so currently i vote no. i hope you will re-apply when you will be enough lvl.
